3. How We Share Your Information

We are an insurance lead-generation and comparison service — we do not sell insurance policies ourselves. To connect you with coverage, we share your information with:

• Licensed insurance agents, agencies, and carrier partners in our network who may contact you to discuss the coverage you requested
• Service providers that help us operate the Site, process submissions, verify consent (e.g., TrustedForm), and manage communications, who are only permitted to use your information to perform services on our behalf
• Legal and regulatory authorities, when required to comply with the law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Elite Home Coverage, our users, or others

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Site or submit a quote request.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, truthful, and current information when submitting a request. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authorization
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or extract data from the Site

4. No Insurance or Financial Advice

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute insurance, legal, financial, or medical advice. Coverage details, pricing, and eligibility are determined solely by the licensed carriers and agents you are matched with, not by Elite Home Coverage.

5. Third-Party Agents & Carriers

When you submit a request, we may share your information with licensed insurance agents, agencies, and carriers so they can contact you directly with quotes. Elite Home Coverage does not control, and is not responsible for, the conduct, representations, products, or services of these third parties. Any policy you ultimately purchase is a contract between you and the applicable carrier, subject to that carrier's own terms.

6. Our Service Is Free to You

Our quote-matching service is free to consumers. We are typically compensated by carrier and agent partners, not by you, for successful referrals.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Elite Home Coverage and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Home Coverage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, your interactions with third-party agents or carriers, or any insurance product you obtain through those interactions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Elite Home Coverage harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Elite Home Coverage operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal law.

By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you provide your prior express written consent for Elite Home Coverage and/or its network of licensed insurance agents, agencies, and carrier partners to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided — including a wireless/cell number — regarding insurance products and services, using:

• Calls and text messages made using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer) or an artificial or prerecorded voice
• Live agent calls
• Email

This consent applies even if your number is listed on a state, federal, or internal Do Not Call registry.

2. Consent Is Not Required to Get a Quote — But It Is How We Reach You

Your consent to be contacted by autodialed, prerecorded, or text message is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. However, because our service works by connecting you with licensed agents by phone, text, or email, declining consent may mean we are unable to provide you with quotes or match you with coverage. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

3. How to Revoke Consent / Opt Out

You may withdraw your consent at any time. To opt out:

• Reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us or our partners
• Tell any agent who calls you that you wish to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email you receive

Please note that because your information may be shared with multiple licensed agents or carrier partners at the time of your request, you may need to opt out with each party you were connected with individually. Revoking consent does not affect the validity of any prior communications.

4. Consent Verification

To document and verify that consent was properly obtained, we use a third-party certification tool (such as TrustedForm) that timestamps your form submission and records the consent language displayed to you at the time you submitted the form. This certificate helps us and our partners demonstrate compliance with applicable consent laws.
